Leadership Responsibility
The committee and leadership team guide decisions, protect the foundation’s purpose, and ensure members understand their roles.
SAMI Foundation is structured to support transparent decision-making, responsible service, donor confidence, and effective community work.
The foundation’s reporting structure separates oversight, day-to-day leadership, donor mobilisation, programme coordination, finance, field mobilisation, and beneficiary voice.
SAMI Foundation keeps its official internal documents private and uses them for leadership, registration, accountability, and committee guidance. Public enquiries about governance or partnership can be made through the contact page.
The committee and leadership team guide decisions, protect the foundation’s purpose, and ensure members understand their roles.
Requisitions, receipts, donation records, and activity reports are used to support transparent use of funds and resources.
Mothers and children are treated with respect, confidentiality, consent, and safeguarding awareness in all foundation activities.
As SAMI Foundation grows towards larger projects and possible facility-based work exceeding €250,000 in future phases, accountability will become even more important. The foundation will need clear approvals, proper records, safeguarding procedures, financial controls, donor reporting, monitoring, and transparent leadership.
This ensures that every donation, facility, training activity, and family-support service is handled responsibly and in line with the foundation’s mission.
Partner with SAMI Foundation to help mothers care for children with special needs while building dignity, stability, and sustainable livelihoods.
